Exchange Policy / Replacement Policy
Free exchange/replacement pan-India. Request within 10 days of delivery. Does not apply to Trunks & Briefs — see First Try Guarantee below.
How It Works- One free exchange/replacement per order.
- Second exchange: ₹200 (1–2 items), ₹250 (3+).
- Once exchanged/replaced, items cannot be returned.
Conditions- Pickup will be arranged by WELLBI.
- Products must be unused and returned with original packaging.
- After a successful quality check (QC), the exchange/replacement will be shipped within 3–5 business days.
- Delivery will take 3–5 business days after shipment.
- Exchanges/replacements are allowed for equal or higher value; for lower value, the balance will be given as a store coupon.

You can return any item(s) from a bundle order — paid or free. The discount on your kept items is recalculated based on how many you keep.

Refund formula
Refund = Amount originally paid − (Sum of kept items × (1 − new discount %)) − ₹150 logistics fee

Key rules
- Any item can be returned — paid or free — no distinction.
- The ₹150 logistics fee is deducted once regardless of how many items are returned.
- Return all items → refund = amount originally paid − ₹150.
- Exchanges within a bundle are free and do not change the discount tier (item count stays the same).
- Exchange for a higher-priced item → pay the price difference only. Exchange for lower-priced item → no refund for the difference.

Eligible- First innerwear order from WELLBI.
- Single unit only.
- Reason: wrong colour, manufacturing defect, damaged, colour fading, or fitting issue.
- Requested within 10 days of delivery.
Not Eligible- More than one innerwear unit in the order.
- Repeat innerwear purchases.
- Multipacks: one unit eligible for refund; rest eligible for replacement only if unused with packaging intact.
- Requests after 10 days.
- Worn, washed, or misused items.
📌 Hygiene Note: Innerwear must be returned unused and unwashed in original packaging, except in approved first-try cases.

Return Policy — All Other Categories
One return per order within 10 days of delivery.
Return Charges- Orders below ₹599 (shipping paid): no return fee; original shipping is non-refundable.
- Orders ₹599+ (free shipping): ₹150 for 1–2 items, ₹250 for 3+.
Eligibility- Unused, original packaging, tags intact.
- Damaged or defective: report within 48 hours of delivery.
- Clearance items: exchange only, subject to stock.
Refund Process
- Refunds processed in 3–5 business days after quality check.
- Return fees are deducted from the refund amount.
- If QC fails, the item is returned to you and no refund is issued.
- For prepaid orders, the refund will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 working days after initiation.
