Free exchange available pan-India. Must be requested within 10 days of delivery.

Fees & Limits
  • One-time free exchange per order.
  • Second exchange fee: ₹200 (1–2 items), ₹250 (3+).
  • Once exchanged, items cannot be returned again.
Value & Pickup
  • Exchange for equal or higher value.
  • Lower value = store coupon for difference.
  • Pickup arranged by WELLBI.
  • Replacements ship in 3–5 business days after QC.
Packaging & Clearance
  • Original packaging must be intact.
  • No exchanges after 10 days.
  • Clearance items: exchanges subject to stock; fees non-waivable.

10-Day First Try Guarantee
Applicable to Women’s Briefs & Men’s Trunks

At WELLBI, we understand that innerwear is personal. That’s why we offer a 10-Day First Try Guarantee for first-time purchases of Women’s Briefs and Men’s Trunks.

Eligible for Refund / Replacement
  • This is your first innerwear purchase (Women’s Briefs or Men’s Trunks) from WELLBI.
  • The order contains only one single unit of innerwear.
  • The issue is related to:
    • Wrong colour received
    • Manufacturing defect
    • Product received in damaged condition
    • Colour fading
    • Fitting issue (size too tight or too loose)
  • The request is raised within 10 days from the date of delivery.
Not Eligible for Refund / Replacement
  • Orders containing more than one innerwear product.
  • Multiple consecutive innerwear orders placed by the same customer.
  • Multipack purchases (2 or more units):
    • Only one unit from the pack is eligible for refund.
    • Remaining units are eligible only for replacement, provided they are unused, unworn, and in original condition with packaging intact.
  • Fitting issues for:
    • Multipack purchases (except the one eligible unit mentioned above)
    • Repeat innerwear purchases
  • Requests raised after 10 days from the date of delivery.
  • Products showing signs of wear, washing, misuse, or non-manufacturing damage.
📌 Important Hygiene Note:
Due to hygiene standards, innerwear products must be returned in unused and unwashed condition with original packaging intact (except in approved first-try cases as mentioned above).

You may request one exchange or one return within the eligible return window.

Return Charges
  • If shipping charges were paid while placing the order (for orders below ₹599), no return fee will be charged, however, the original shipping cost is non-refundable.
  • For orders above ₹599 (where shipping was free), return charges apply:
  • ₹150 for 1–2 products
  • ₹250 for 3 or more products
Eligibility Criteria
  • Items must be unused, with original packaging and tags intact.
  • Any damaged or defective product must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Clearance & Size Policy
  • Clearance items are eligible for exchange only, subject to stock availability.
  • Return charges are non-waivable.
  • If the requested replacement size is unavailable, an alternative product or refund will be offered.

Refund Process

  • Refunds processed in 3–5 business days post-QC.
  • Return fees are deducted from the refund.
  • If QC fails, item is discarded & refund not issued.

  • Both items must be returned together.
  • Partial returns not allowed.
  • Return fee: ₹150 (1–2 items), ₹250 (3+).
