Fees & Limits

• One-time free exchange per order.
• Second exchange fee: ₹200 (1–2 items), ₹250 (3+).
• Once exchanged, items cannot be returned again.

Value & Pickup

• Exchange for equal or higher value.
• Lower value = store coupon for difference.
• Pickup arranged by WELLBI.
• Replacements ship in 3–5 business days after QC.

Packaging & Clearance

• Original packaging must be intact.
• No exchanges after 10 days.
• Clearance items: exchanges subject to stock; fees non-waivable.

Designed exclusively for first-time customers purchasing a single trunk unit.

Eligible For Refund / Replacement

• Must be your first innerwear (trunks) order.
• Order should contain a single unit only.
• Valid issues: wrong product, defect, delivery error, colour fade.

Not Eligible

• Multiple trunk purchases in one order.
• Multipack orders: only 1 unit may qualify for refund.
• Requests after 10 days of delivery.

• ₹150 for 1–2 items
• ₹250 for 3+ items

• Unused items with original packaging & tags.
• Damaged items must be reported within 48 hours.

Clearance & Sizes

• Clearance: exchange-only, subject to stock.
• Return charges are non-waivable.
• If replacement size unavailable → alternative/refund offered.
