We deeply appreciate your trust in our products and services. We recently noticed that some of the returned items we received have been used. While we understand that circumstances can vary, we want to ensure that our return policy is fair for all customers.

Please note a return fee of 150 INR (1 and 2 products) and 250 INR (3 and more products) will be applied.

Please note that only one return per order is acceptable.
Please carefully read the following return guidelines:
Eligibility Criteria:
  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
  • Returns are accepted within 10 days from the date of delivery.
  • Damaged Products:
    • If you receive a damaged item, please contact our customer support within 48 hours of delivery to report the issue.
    • Provide clear images of the damaged product for our records.
    • We will initiate a return and refund process for damaged items.
  • Size Unavailability:
    • If the desired size of the same product is not available for an exchange, we will issue a refund or offer an alternative solution in consultation with the customer.

Quality Check Process:

  • Once the product reaches the warehouse, our agent will conduct a quality check on the returned items.
  • If the item passes the quality check, we will initiate the refund process.
  • If the item fails the quality check, it will be discarded, and no refund will be issued.

Refund Process:

  • Refunds will be processed promptly within 3-5 business days after the successful completion of the quality check.
  • The refunded sum will not include the deducted shipping cost, only the remaining amount will be reimbursed.

Defective or Damaged Items:

  • If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery for a resolution.

International Orders:

  • Return Window:
    • Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Shipping Charges:
    • Return shipping charges will be deducted from the refund.
  • Refund Processing:
    • Refunds will be processed within 15 working days after receiving the returned product at our warehouse.
