RETURN POLICY

Our return policy is designed to be fair and transparent, ensuring that you have a hassle-free experience. TRUST HAPPENS FROM BOTH ENDS!
- Both products in the combo must be returned together.
- A return fee of ₹150 applies for 1 or 2 products, while a fee of ₹250 applies for 3 or more products.
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
- Returns are accepted within 10 days for all items and 60 days for Bamboo tees, starting from the date of delivery.
- Damaged Products:
- If you receive a damaged item, please contact our customer support within 48 hours of delivery to report the issue.
- Provide clear images of the damaged product for our records.
- We will initiate a return and refund process for damaged items.
- Size Unavailability:
- If the desired size of the same product is not available for an exchange, we will issue a refund or offer an alternative solution in consultation with the customer.
Quality Check Process:
- Once the product reaches the warehouse, our agent will conduct a quality check on the returned items.
- If the item passes the quality check, we will initiate the refund process.
- If the item fails the quality check, it will be discarded, and no refund will be issued.
For purchases made during Buy 1 Get 1 Offer:
- Both products from the Buy 1 Get 1 offer must be returned together to qualify for a refund. Partial returns (only one product) are not eligible.
- A return fee of 150 INR will be charged for up to 2 products, and 250 INR for 3 or more products.
Refund Process:
- Refunds will be processed promptly within 3-5 business days after the successful completion of the quality check.
- The refunded sum will not include the deducted shipping cost, only the remaining amount will be reimbursed.
Defective or Damaged Items:
- If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery for a resolution.
International Orders:
- Return Window:
- Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Shipping Charges:
- Return shipping charges will be deducted from the refund.
- Refund Processing:
- Refunds will be processed within 15 working days after receiving the returned product at our warehouse.
For purchases made during the clearance sale:
- Returns are not accepted.
- However, exchanges are permitted.
- Exchange fees apply:
- Rs. 100 for exchanging 1 or 2 products.
- Rs. 250 for exchanging 3 or more products.
- This policy indicates that while refunds are not available, you may exchange items under the specified terms and charges.
